Clear Process Solutions
Redefining digital presence through strategic branding and user-centric design.
Clear Process Solutions approached VividFront seeking both a website redesign and a refined brand identity that would better represent their expertise as a technological consultant. Their existing website and branding lacked cohesion and failed to clearly communicate their market authority. As a key member of the design team, I played a dual role—leading the rebranding effort and supporting the UX/UI work for the website redesign.

Objectives
The primary objective was twofold: establish a cohesive, modern brand identity and apply this branding to create a user-friendly, visually engaging website that would enhance Clear Process Solutions’ digital presence.
Branding Phase
I led the rebranding phase, starting with a deep-dive brand discovery process. This involved competitor analysis as well as studying other market leaders across relevant industries. I refined their existing mark, introduced a new typeface, and developed a refreshed color palette. These branding decisions were guided by the best practices of UX heuristics, focusing on consistency and standards across their brand elements.
Website Design Phase
Once the branding phase was complete, I transitioned into my role as a supporting designer for the website redesign. My main focus was translating the newly developed brand identity into a seamless digital experience. I contributed to wireframing key pages and applied the design language that had been established in the branding exploration.
The website was designed with a user-first mindset, guided by strategic insights gathered from stakeholder surveys, user surveys, and card sorting exercises. These insights allowed us to align our design decisions with user expectations and behaviors. I leveraged several key UX heuristics in the process, including:
Consistency and Standards: Ensuring that the new branding was applied consistently across all elements of the site.
Recognition over Recall: Incorporating icons to represent services, reducing cognitive load for users.
User Control and Freedom: Designing the navigation to provide users with easy access to the information they needed.
Conclusion
The redesigned website and refreshed brand identity positioned Clear Process Solutions as a professional and authoritative figure in their industry. Although specific metrics were not available, the client was highly satisfied with the end result and has continued to use the updated branding across all their collateral.
This project is an excellent example of how thoughtful branding and UX design can come together to deliver an engaging and cohesive user experience. My contributions helped shape a consistent visual identity that not only resonated with Clear Process Solutions’ audience but also supported their long-term business goals.
